Step One
Contact Empower Me to schedule an appointment to complete new client intake packet.

Step Two
Once approved by SSA/VA Empower Me will contact client to schedule an appointment to get copies of bills, leases, discuss entitlements and create a preliminary budget. (for Bill Pay clients this step is completed during intake process)

Step Three
Empower Me staff will open individual banking accounts for all clients and provide SSA/VA with account information for direct deposit. For Bill Pay clients, Empower Me staff will determine who to provide banking information too.
